An unpublished portfolio of 12 photographs of the artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, shot by Richard Corman, June 1984 in his studio at 57 Great Jones Street, NYC. Comprising of 9 silver gelatin and 3 archival pigment dye 16” x 20” prints. Housed in a blood red hand-made slipcase and presented in a nearly invisible Plexi-glass box, which is also a frame. Strictly limited to an edition of 20 portfolios, stamped, signed and numbered by Richard Corman and printer Ruedi Hofmann, Richard Avedon’s master printer, on verso of print.
